We are London based covering all of London and surrounding areas, we aim to attend to all jobs within 2 hours of your call.

We have been unblocking drains and cleaning graffiti for 8 years and have several well established contracts.

We have all the equipment from high pressure water jetters and camera equipment to drain rods and lances.

We clean up flooded areas either internal or external.

We can replace broken or old drain covers whether they are in your house or outside.

We also high pressure clean patios and driveways.

All work is undertaken including domestic, industrial and commerical properties.

All our prices are fair and reasonable and our work is carried out to a high standard.

OUR WORK AND EQUIPMENT

High pressure water jetter - An essential piece of equipment used for a wide range of purposes including unblocking and descaling drains, washing grafitti from concrete and brickwork including footpaths, washing down fat. we have a variety of different size jets to deal effiently with your drains needs

Lance - An powerful gun attachment for the jetter to clean of grafitti and paint

CCTV equipment - specialised fibre optic camera used for finding the reason a drain keeps blocking up whether its a collapsed drain or stubborn waste our cameras will find it, as part of the camera survey you not only get given a copy of the detailed report but also a copy of the recording if required.

Gully gulper - Sucks out the waste and fat from the drain that the jetter can not break up and wash away

Hippo pump - If you have a basement which is flooding regually we will leave a hippo pump with you (for a returnable deposit) so the water/sewage is pumped out to avoid more damage to your property than nessesary

Drain rods - For unblocking simple blockages within your drain

Sanni snake - A drill powered spring which will unblock any sink or bath

We believe that all customers new and old should be treated equally so whether it is a small blockage to your bathroom sink or your whole drainage system is blocked you will be treated with a first class service by a reliable and honest engineer, so many companies are prepared to do unnecessary work to earn extra money but at all purpose drainage we believe in doing the job that is needed and no more because a happy customer comes back. We believe in charging reasonable prices so we don't charge any call out fees even on bank holidays. We charge the same price whether you call us at 1 o'clock in the afternoon or 1 o'clock in the morning, we don't like paying over the top prices so we do not expect out customers to.
